Right of Withdrawal (14 days)
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires fourteen (14) days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), physically take possession of the last product in the order.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of an unambiguous statement (for example, by letter or email):

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your request before the fourteen (14) day period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we are informed of your decision.
The refund will be made using the same means of payment as the one used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise. No fees will be charged for this refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied proof of return dispatch, whichever is the earliest.
Returning Products
You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days after communicating your withdrawal decision.

Return shipping costs: the direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer, unless otherwise stated on the product page or by prior written agreement.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return parcel is traceable. Please keep your proof of posting and tracking number.
Product Condition & Liability
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Extended Return Period (15 to 60 days)
Beyond the legal 14-day period and up to 60 days after receipt, Autoparts Europe accepts returns under the following conditions:
• The product must be unfitted, unused, in its original packaging
• A 25% deduction will be applied to the refund amount
• Return shipping costs remain the customer's responsibility
• No returns are accepted after 60 days
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following goods (in accordance with applicable EU consumer law):
• Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised
• Goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items
• Parts that have already been fitted or assembled
• Electrical parts
• Oils and maintenance products whose packaging has been opened
• Books removed from their packaging
• Items marked "neither returned nor exchanged" (special orders)
• Automotive documentation and Xenon bulbs with opened blister pack
Products with Transport Restrictions (batteries, etc.)
Certain products (e.g. batteries) are subject to additional safety requirements when being returned:
• Keep caps/plugs in place to prevent any leakage
• Keep internal protective padding to prevent shock damage
• Keep the original carton and its safety labels if possible
• If the original packaging is unavailable, use a sturdy box with the required warnings
• Protect the item against movement and ship in the appropriate position
