Orders

Search for your part by selecting your vehicle (by registration plate, VIN or manual make/model selection), then add items to your cart. Proceed to checkout, enter your delivery details, choose your shipping and payment method, then confirm your order. You will receive a confirmation email with a summary.
Yes, our Customer Service team is available at +33 1 61 39 17 97 (standard rate), Tuesday to Friday from 10 AM to 12 PM and 2 PM to 6 PM (CET). We can assist you with your order and even process payment by card over the phone.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us as quickly as possible by phone at +33 1 61 39 17 97 or by email at contact@autoparts-europe.eu. We will do our best to modify or cancel it. Once dispatched, you will need to process a return.

Your order is being prepared in our warehouse. Our team is collecting the parts and performing a quality check before dispatch. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as the parcel is handed over to the carrier.
The OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) reference is the number assigned by the car manufacturer to each original part. It allows you to identify the exact part compatible with your vehicle. You can find it on the original part, in your service manual, or from your dealer. You can also contact us with your registration plate or VIN and we will find it for you.
Some parts (turbos, alternators, starters, etc.) are sold on an exchange basis. A surcharge deposit is added to the price and will be refunded when you return the old used part in an acceptable condition (not broken or disassembled). The return part must be of the same type and sent within 30 days of purchase.

Product Availability

"Available" means the item is in stock in our warehouse or at our supplier and can be dispatched quickly.
Contact us to find out the restocking timeframe. We can often suggest an equivalent replacement part from another manufacturer. If the part is no longer available, we will inform you and issue a refund within 30 days.
Some products are shipped directly from our supplier warehouse. Allow approximately 3 to 7 working days. You will receive a tracking number once dispatched.

Payment

We accept: Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), SEPA Direct Debit, Klarna (pay in instalments), Bancontact, Amazon Pay, Revolut Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and EPS (Austria). All transactions are 100% secure.
Yes, with Klarna you can pay in 2, 3 or 4 instalments depending on your order amount. Available options are displayed automatically at checkout.

France (mainland): 48 to 96 hours via Colissimo. Europe: 3 to 7 working days. During promotional periods: 4 to 10 days. Maximum: 15 days.
Yes, throughout the European Union: Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Austria, Portugal, Luxembourg, and more. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
Yes, delivery is free on orders over €150 for mainland France.
Once dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track from "My Account" → "My Orders" → "Order Tracking".
⚠ Important: Refuse the parcel if the packaging is visibly damaged. If you accepted it, confirm your reservations to the carrier by post within 2 working days and contact us with photos at contact@autoparts-europe.eu.
You have 3 days to report any issues to your carrier. Also inform our customer service by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.

Returns & Refunds

14 days for full refund (right of withdrawal). Up to 60 days with a 25% deduction. No returns after 60 days.

4. Keep your proof of posting.
Contact us within 15 working days with your order number, product reference and photos. We will arrange the return and process a refund or exchange, shipping costs covered.
Within 14 days of receiving your return, via the same payment method. Allow 3 to 5 additional days depending on your bank.
Fitted or assembled parts, electrical parts, opened oils, unwrapped books, items marked "neither returned nor exchanged", automotive documentation and Xenon bulbs with opened blister pack.

Warranty

Yes, all products benefit from the legal warranty against hidden defects. Keep your purchase invoice and contact us at +33 1 61 39 17 97.
Consumable parts, electrical parts, body panels, normal wear, non-compliant use, competition parts, and incorrect fitting. Liability limited to the purchase value.
