We deliver throughout the European Union. Delivery times outside mainland France are typically 3 to 7 working days depending on the country and carrier.
Countries served: Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Austria, Portugal, Luxembourg, Ireland, and more.
Exact shipping costs and delivery times are calculated automatically at checkout based on your country and parcel weight.
Parcel Tracking
Regardless of the shipping method chosen, a tracking link is sent to you by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
You can also track your parcel from your "My Account" → "My Orders" → "Order Tracking" section.

Upon Receipt
Check the condition of your parcel before signing the delivery note. If you see visible damage:
• Refuse the parcel if the packaging is visibly damaged
• Or record detailed reservations on the delivery note
• Confirm your reservations to the carrier by post within 2 working days
