Order Preparation

Orders are typically prepared within 48 to 72 hours after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

• Every part is inspected before packaging (reference, condition, conformity)

• Items are carefully packed in appropriately sized boxes

• Special attention is given to fragile items (extra protection, cushioning)

24 to 48 hours after dispatch

Express home delivery with real-time tracking. Ideal when you need your part quickly.

Home delivery via La Poste with tracking. Our most popular shipping method for mainland France.

Pickup point

4 to 6 days after dispatch

Delivery to a pickup point near you. An economical option for less urgent orders.

European Delivery

We deliver throughout the European Union. Delivery times outside mainland France are typically 3 to 7 working days depending on the country and carrier.

Countries served: Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Austria, Portugal, Luxembourg, Ireland, and more.

Exact shipping costs and delivery times are calculated automatically at checkout based on your country and parcel weight.

Parcel Tracking

Regardless of the shipping method chosen, a tracking link is sent to you by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

You can also track your parcel from your "My Account" → "My Orders" → "Order Tracking" section.

Upon Receipt

Check the condition of your parcel before signing the delivery note. If you see visible damage:

• Refuse the parcel if the packaging is visibly damaged

• Or record detailed reservations on the delivery note

• Confirm your reservations to the carrier by post within 2 working days

• Contact us with photos at contact@autoparts-europe.eu

Important: Parcels are shipped at the buyer's risk in accordance with standard transport practices. If your parcel is delivered without a signature (left at your door), you have 3 days to report any issues to the carrier.
